For those out of town or showing up for an intensive intervention, there is an intensive 1-month approach for immediate hand-over to care-giver or self-maintenance plan going forward.
2-3 private sessions per week + unlimited visits for therapies, educational & instructional classes and gym access to give you everything you need in one place for your transition. Personal trainer available for integration with progression goals once systemic issues begin to resolve and motivation sets in.
Journaling will be a necessity for your down-time to help reflection and so the changes are able to settle in easier. Everything is connected, that’s why they say “stress kills.”

We will cover the in-take, background, goals, and what success looks like to you. In these base sessions we begin with some techniques and build the structure and help with root-cause triggers and perspective. You can continue on with individual sessions or be eligible to join the group in a journey of the month.
Control Room: Lay back and drift into the journey of the month group hypnosis where I guide the class to rearrange their body’s internal controls and gauges in order to recalibrate the physical & emotional body.
