All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow and to lay back and enjoy yourself. There are 4 spots on a table or zero gravity chair, and I have up to 8 more yoga mats for the floor.

We go on a 4-week journey with this unique, partnered class.
(4) 90-minute group sessions where you will be working in partners to learn techniques to prime the body to release emotional ties to concepts we discuss in class. We will frequent the vibration plate, learn to give and receive basic techniques to help process emotions from the body that often are at the root of the inability to "let go" of the weight. You will journal through your process & gradually change habits and redefine how you look at food, your body, and your immediate environment.
First you will learn to play the “tools,” the instruments. Quickly learn the basics of how to play the gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, and others without annoying the person next to you. Quick & easy instruction goes a long way and then you take turns being on the table for a mini session, while the rest of the group plays an instrument while you’re on the table.
Usually by the 3rd person, everyone hits their groove, and it becomes a magical experience for everyone involved.

Scrape Me Pain Free
Learn the art of Gua Sha, a wonderful, ancient technique used to draw out inflammation, restructure fascia (connective tissue), and release adhesions from old injuries. Helps to reset pain receptors & improve ROM (range of motion), using gentle to slightly painful scraping techniques. Great for chronic pain and those with restricted movement. Hands-on learning lends to greater self-care and faster recovery from injury. Your connective tissue is your personality-learn to scrape yourself (pain) free.
You will learn physical techniques that you can use to open the lungs & diaphragm, which in-turn, opens your lungs’ physical capacity like an accordion.
Over a surprisingly short time, you will notice a marked increase in your physical capacity to breathe deeper and fuller, making life in general, easier.
From going up the stairs to running faster and conserving energy, you will gain a new respect for your body when you’re done.

Then, enjoy a playful "Gal Pals" learn lazy man's massage workshop, practicing easy techniques in pairs.
Sciatica Clinic
If you suffer from Sciatica, this may be for you. Because of the nature of this class, 101's should bring their own partner, but drop-ins can pair up if they're comfortable with one another. Basic bodywork moves to loosen the muscles of the entire legs, glutes, hips, and low to mid-back. May times this is enough to relieve the pain, so this is a great class for couples and caretakers as well as athletes.
“Clinics” will rotate between various areas of focus.

Great class for couples & caregivers. Partnered class where you learn easy moves to help at-home care and rehabilitation assistance to those who need it or want to be a better partner.
You will learn how to better connect and communicate, while learning easy moves that deliver your healing touch. (This class includes your partner)
First, we build the foundation and create your personal control room together, which becomes a visual metaphor for your body’s physical, emotional, and spiritual systems.
Eventually there will be a recorded option for those who cannot/don’t want to attend in-person.
Members will be taken through a journey of the month, addressing some of the biggest challenges we face - crippling stress and anxiety, memory issues, money insecurities, addictions & compulsive behaviors.
These journeys are fun, relaxing, and highly beneficial.
Includes 2-3 minutes on the vibration plate each if time permits (squeeze this in at the beginning or end of class to help process emotions out of the body easier).

A series of easy techniques - movements to help bring you and your family back to normal within a minute or two for quickly burning off the fiery energy, either in the moment or to help address pent-up anger and frustration. Simple exercises help move the excess energy through the body in a productive, non-destructive way.
Learn the basics, play around, get the feel of the weight and the swing - see if you like it!
If find it incredibly meditative, looks super cool, but is not as intimidating as you would think.
Come get some pointers that will shave off a ton of hours on your bell curve of learning, no biggy - very non-committal. And if you like it, the outside classes will be very free-flow style for the basics, and my specialty is more of teaching you how to dance with the fire. The key is to observe how people interact with it (anything) when they are relaxed and confident - and mimic that movement. Take some notes - they are the key components. You can make poi from yarn and plastic bags, but I’d suggest putting rocks or fishing weights inside to give it a heavier feel for practice.
By signing up for this class, you accept responsibility for yourself, your behavior, your lack of coordination, and any dumb move you may make. Life’s a journey - if you experience it and get burned along the way, well this is FIRE THROWING class.

Students get a quick tutorial of fundamentals and jump right into the feeling. Highly beneficial - you could struggle, get frustrated, and never learn to do it, or spend a day learning to save yourself 10.
You will get to cross the line (via my assistance) to feel what it feels like under your feet, without the adrenaline of having to save your own life. Learn low - a few rounds and a few days at a time and you will amaze yourself.
If there was an activity to learn meditation - this is it. You can focus on nothing else but the line.
