If you suffer from Sciatica, this may be for you. Because of the nature of this class, 101's should bring their own partner, but drop-ins can pair up if they're comfortable with one another. Basic bodywork moves to loosen the muscles of the entire legs, glutes, hips, and low to mid-back. May times this is enough to relieve the pain, so this is a great class for couples and caretakers as well as athletes.

First you will learn to play the “tools,” the instruments. Quickly learn the basics of how to play the gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, and others without annoying the person next to you. Quick & easy instruction goes a long way and then you take turns being on the table for a mini session, while the rest of the group plays an instrument while you’re on the table. 4-6 participants (3 minimum).
