90-Min Basic Session

They say “stress kills…”

This is a 90-minute follow-up session. (Typically, 3 suggested within a month to begin program, then spacing session out accordingly)

You will move to vibration plate or directly to table work, while the discussion continues.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing because we will not do any sheet draping. Lay back and relax while your meridians are cleared and old blockages broken up via intuitive Qigong, & meridian tapping. This also effectively stimulates the internal organs, the brain, the lymph system, and the entire body in general.

Every person is different. Every session is different, but the first “good opening” of the system is generally the same as described.

Feedback typically includes great sleep, motivation & renewed enthusiasm, decreased pain, finding a groove, making amends, cleaning/cleaning out closets (effectively mirroring the changes within the physical surroundings.)
