Group Immersive Sound & Vibration Healing Experience
Ever wanted to learn how to play the gong?
This is an in-home session with your friends/family in a group setting.
First, we will take a few minutes to learn how to play each "tool," or instrument. The tools we will use are the tuning forks, singing bowl, rain stick, drum, and of course - the gong! If you’d like to bring a cool instrument to share, by all means!
Each person will take a turn with a different instrument while one person receives a short craniosacral unwinding/polarity therapy session on the table with me. You will amaze each other with your playing - and the sessions, though short, are extremely potent. As everyone gets more comfortable with the tools, we come together as one, each playing an important role in the experience.
Space is very limited with this event - Max of 6 participants on the table due to time constraints, but up to 4 others can join in to play instruments for free and we can negotiate pricing for additional table sessions and time.

Ever wanted to learn how to play the gong? You should - everyone should play the gong at least once and I've had numerous children and adults play it - and there has never been a single bad gong player...
This is one of my absolute favorite classes because as it progresses, everyone becomes more and more in tune with each other as the class progresses. It becomes a bit of a trance state when we get into the groove.
First, we will take a few minutes to teach you how to play each "tool." The tools we will use are the tuning forks, singing bowl, rain stick, drum, and of course - the gong! If you have a special sound healing tool - feel free to bring it if you're ok teaching others how to use it so that it works well blended into the experience. For instance - no one likes a heavy tuning fork player - let them ring long and move them so the harmonics can be heard. Let the bowl sing through its crescendo before striking it again.
You will all take a turn on a different tool while one person is on the table receiving a short miniature session with me. The first session is typically 25-30 minutes while we all learn the process and get into our rhythm but then the rest are about 20 minutes long and we drop in much quicker. You will amaze each other with your playing - and the sessions, though short, are extremely potent, especially since everyone playing is playing for the person on the table!
This is a great next step after attending the gong bath with evolution and involution process.
