How I Got HerePicture suggestions:

Content:
Use a condensed, friendly version of your bio:“I began exploring energy work early, reading everything I could in high school and receiving my first Reiki attunement while serving in the Army. After my service I used the GI Bill to attend massage school at Sawyer College for Clinical Massage Therapy and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Management.Years in corporate roles with BP and Honeywell taught me systems and organization, but my heart stayed with healing. I eventually found Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Arizona, where I immersed myself in Thai massage, Polarity Therapy, Cranial work, and more — taking every class I could.I’ve lived and learned in places like Arcosanti, Hawaii (including time living simply on the beach), and worked with bees. I’ve opened Unwind twice in Hobart — first downtown and now inside Chicago Health & Fitness, right across from the hospital. My approach has always been the same: help people change their relationship to pain — physical or emotional — and give them tools they can keep using long after they leave.”3. PhilosophyHeading / Title:

Change the emotional and the physical must do the same.I believe the best healing gives you lasting tools. That’s why Unwind focuses on private sessions when you need hands-on support, and a well-equipped Training Room you can use on your own. My goal is for you to leave lighter, stronger, and better able to care for yourself.”4. The Unwind Approach (Optional but Recommended)Heading / Title:

  3. Plan – Root-cause looking and a simple personal path

  4. Act – Private sessions and/or Training Room access

  5. Adjust – We notice what is working and refine

  6. Sustain – You leave with tools and a new relationship to the pain
