This will be the first of a series of QUARTERLY networking events located at RealSPACE in Merrillville, on US 30 just West of 51.
RealSPACE is a beautiful co-working space that I use for my business because it allows me a safe, affordable space to work on clients with my therapeutic bodywork and allows me the opportunity to hold classes and workshops. And again, because it allows me to hold a suite for mail, my business is not tied to my home location, providing me additional safety precautions.
Although this networking event for everyone, we would like to highlight local artist for the purpose of interesting conversation starters and ice breakers, in addition to helping the artists with an avenue of selling their work if someone is interested in doing so.
For our non-artist guests - WELCOME!!!
Many of you will be entrepreneurs and business-owners, so being that this is near Hobart, Merrillville, AND Valpo, it's a great opportunity to come meet and rub elbows with plenty of new people, because at the end of the day, it's all about building relationships :)
Details will follow as we get closer to the date, but my assumptions are that we will have some degree of light snacks and a combination of both non-alcoholic and adult beverages - but please don't come super hangry! If you have swag, feel free to bring it and trade while you mingle - I will likely bring my famous reflexology rings - they are amazing, so you'll want to come for that, alone!

A little break-down on details for the artists:
*Bring a single framed, original artwork (or signed, numbered print) along with an easel - either free-standing or table-top.
*Arrive 15-30 minutes before the event to set-up and settle in so you're relaxed when the event begins.
*For your best success... please bring 2 small to medium sized picture bios with your name, title of your work, pricing, perhaps explain the inspiration of your work, and contact information on how to purchase your work. If you have a studio location or website, please provide that.
*If you are interested in showcasing your artwork within RealSPACE, please let us know and it's best to be able to leave it after the event.
*Please one item per person to begin, and if we have ample space, multiples can be an option.
