Service Description

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a pillow, blanket, & yoga mat. You will learn the basics of vibration and its relevance to dis-ease and the body. You will learn to "Process" an emotion through your body and finish the session off with a Gong Bath's cleansing vibrational power. Drink plenty of water and abstain from alcohol before and after the session. Perfect time for an Epsom salts bath before bed.
